Katie A. Chmielowiec, MD

Dr. Chmielowiec is originally from Buffalo, NY.  She earned dual bachelor's degrees in Biology and Psychology, followed by her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Following her education, she moved to New Brunswick, NJ to complete her OBGYN residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. Dr. Chmielowiec always loved learning about the intricacies of the human body and wanted to have a career where she could combine that love with the opportunity to enhance people’s health, and therefore their lives.

Building trust through active listening & collaboration with my patients is what helps to nurture this relationship. My goal is to help women'strengthen their knowledge and appreciation for their bodies in all the stages of life and assist them in making informed decisions about their health."

As an OBGYN, Dr. Chmielowiec enjoys bringing new life into the world and being able to provide medical care to women throughout all phases of life. She is passionate about women's health and empowering women to take control of their health and bodies. When she is not at work, Dr. Chmielowiec enjoys baking/cooking and is looking forward to getting back into the outdoors in such a beautiful setting.
