Kathryn-Anne Pertab, SLP

Kathryn‑Anne Pertab is a speech‑language pathologist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Orem Neuro Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinic in Orem, Utah. She cares for people with a wide range of communication, swallowing, voice, language, and cognitive needs.

Kathryn‑Anne is committed to helping patients improve their quality of life. During graduate school, she focused her thesis on supporting couples affected by aphasia, which strengthened her passion for addressing both the emotional and relational sides of communication challenges. She values partnering with patients and their families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress together.

Outside the clinic, Kathryn‑Anne enjoys traveling with her husband and exploring new foods. She also loves to run and has completed several half marathons—with plans for more in the future. She was born in New Zealand and lived there during her early childhood, but she has spent most of her life in Utah.
