Kathleen Miller-Andersen, PMHNP-BC, APRN, is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Intermountain Health’s Addiction Medicine & Recovery Clinic in Murray, Utah. She supports patients in Murray, Midvale, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights and surrounding communities addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, trauma related conditions, and serious and persistent mental illness. Kathleen is committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, focusing on patient-centered collaboration for optimal outcomes.

Kathleen has a strong and diverse background as an advanced practice clinician and stays current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care. She integrates psychopharmacology with supportive therapy, emphasizing holistic well-being and personalized treatments plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She is committed to fostering a safe, trauma-informed, non-judgmental space where patients feel heard and empowered in their mental health journey. She is passionate about advocating for those most vulnerable in our communities, particularly unsheltered individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses.

Outside of her practice, she loves spending time with her husband and two teenaged sons, especially in the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and camping under the stars.
