Katherine Gaddis, NP

Katherine Gaddis, NP, is a nurse practitioner at the Primary Children’s Hospital Colorectal Center in Salt Lake City, where she is dedicated to caring for children born with anorectal malformations and Hirschsprung disease. She is passionate about helping children and families navigate complex colorectal conditions, which allows her to make a meaningful difference in their quality of life while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, individualized care.

Katherine believes every child deserves the opportunity to thrive—not only medically, but also emotionally, socially, and with confidence. For her, caring for children with colorectal issues is far more than treating a diagnosis. It is about supporting each child and their family at every stage of life with compassion, expertise, and hope. She strives to create an environment where children feel safe, parents feel heard, and every question is welcome.

Originally from Oklahoma, Katherine values the relationships she builds with patients and families and enjoys working as part of a team focused on caring for the whole child. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, gardening, traveling, and cheering for her beloved Oklahoma City Thunder.
