They were even very friendly over the phone. Very great experience. We came 10 minutes early and Katherine B Puttgen, MD was with another patient using an interpreter and the staff told were informative about the wait. They also made sure we were comfortable. They came to check in on us and even gave us snacks and water/juice. Very happy with the visit.

Dr. Puttgen was so patient and thorough with my daughter. She really stopped to listen to any/all concerns she had and took the time to explain thoroughly. We felt extremely well cared for and left the clinic feeling amazing. We are sooooo happy with Dr. Puttgen and are excited to see her for any of our dermatologist needs.

I saw Dr. Putting on a Thursday and was told by her that I may have results by Friday or maybe Monday. I called in for results and was told by someone that results usually take at least 72 hours. The office actually called later that afternoon and said the results were in. I called in Monday morning and was told that it was Dr Puttgens day off and that her office, ( nobody else in the Dermatology dept. !) , could give me the results. I explained the urgency of a possible cancer diagnosis but was told that I would have to wait another 24 hours, VERY disappointing!
