Karly Gardner, DO

Karly Gardner, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Intermountain Health's Park City Clinic in Park City, Utah. She is passionate about forming genuine relationships with her patients and making them feel seen and heard. She believes the best care happens through shared decision-making, and she especially enjoys working alongside patients to build treatment plans they feel empowered by. Few things are more rewarding to her than watching patients grow more confident and happier as they put those plans and lifestyle changes into practice.

Dr. Gardner's clinical interests include women's health, chronic condition management, adolescent and pediatric medicine, in-office procedures, mental health management, and acne treatment. She cares for patients with conditions including perimenopause and menopause, mental health concerns, diabetes, hypertension, and skin conditions, and she performs procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, pap smears, joint injections, skin biopsies, and toenail removal.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Dr. Gardner enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing tennis outside of the clinic. She loves spending time with her husband, son, and their husky lab.
