She was very clear, informative and attentive. Also cooperated further, when there was some sort of a coding discrepancy between the Memogram test I was to have and what was noted in the system- technical issue.

Karli was warm, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. She counseled me about healthy habits without shaming me or making me feel badly about myself. I never felt uncomfortable with her. I know she was willing to address any concerns I had. She was gentle and kind. And I didn't feel rushed which is a welcome change.
