The bedside manner was honestly horrible. It felt like she already knew what she was going to tell us before she even walked into the room. We came hoping for compassion, guidance, and help for our son after years of dealing with this skin condition, but instead we left feeling completely dismissed. What upset me the most was that there was no effort to go above and beyond in any way—no sympathy, no real examination, no attempt to help us find answers or a plan moving forward. We drove three hours for an appointment that honestly could have been handled over the phone. She barely looked at my son, glanced at the pictures we brought, and basically told us there was nothing she could do besides refer us somewhere else. As a parent, it’s incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking to spend years searching for answers, spend the time and money to travel for specialized care, and then leave feeling like your concerns didn’t matter. I understand doctors can’t always fix everything, but kindness, effort, and compassion go a long way—and unfortunately we didn’t feel any of that during this visit.

Great bedside manner. I'm confident in her expertise. Kind and caring provider. My son is thriving under her care.
