Kara Trombley, OT

Kara Trombley, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist at Intermountain Health Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Orem. She supports patients in Orem, Vineyard, Provo, Lindon, and surrounding communities supporting children with fine and gross motor development, daily living skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, social skills, and executive functioning. She also has a special interest in sensory based feeding and enjoys working closely with families to create practical strategies that fit naturally into their routines.

As a provider, Kara is passionate about helping every child build the skills they need to participate fully in daily life. Her approach to care is grounded in encouragement, partnership, and helping kids feel confident as they grow and learn.

Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Kara loves being part of a community that values both health and outdoor adventure. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys trail running with her dog, spending time with family, swimming, mountain biking, paddleboarding, and settling in with a good book.
