About The Provider

Kaleb Kulow is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in undersea and hyperbaric medicine/wound care at Intermountain Health's Cedar City Wound & Anticoagulation Clinic. He supports patients in Cedar City and surrounding areas. 

Kaleb grew up in a small town in Utah, where he learned the value of quality rural healthcare. He is dedicated to improving access to care for rural communities in Utah. 

Kaleb received his DNP from the University of Arizona in 2023 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to that, the majority of his nursing background was focused on emergency medicine. 

When not working, Kaleb likes to spend time with his family watching movies, playing games, and spending time outdoors.
