Kaitlyn Milholland, PT

Kaitlyn Milholland, PT, is a dedicated physical therapist and Grand Junction native who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. With a broad range of clinical interests, she enjoys the variety physical therapy offers and values the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Kaitlyn has a particular interest in orthopedics and musculoskeletal conditions, balance and mobility, and helping patients build confidence in movement. She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and finds the most rewarding cases are those where she partners with patients to understand what matters to them and help them make meaningful progress toward their goals. She especially appreciates working with patients who are engaged in their care and motivated to take an active role in their recovery.

Kaitlyn believes the best physical therapy starts with listening. Her approach centers on meeting each patient where they are, building trust, and creating individualized treatment plans that help patients feel heard, capable, and confident throughout their recovery. She wants every patient to know that she values getting to know the person behind the diagnosis and understanding what matters most in their life. To her, physical therapy is a collaborative process, and she works closely with each patient to develop an approach that fits their goals, lifestyle, and unique needs.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys staying active, spending time with her husband and dog, and making time for family and friends. As a lifelong member of the Grand Junction community, she is proud to help people in Western Colorado live healthier, more active lives.
