Like I said, Kacie was very helpful with a CPAP machine that I did not purchase through the Sleep Center. She could have easily told me that due to the fact that I purchased it somewhere else, she would not help me, but she was very willing to make sure that the air pressure of the new machine was right for me.

She seemed to be very nervous at this last appointment. So nervous, that she had to record the appointment on her phone as well as have an additional witness in the room. Pretty weird, in my opinion.

I typically have hospital/provider frustration and anxiety and Kacie was none of those things. I found her to be kind, concerned, thorough, thoughtful, and funny. She's atypical amongst her peers.
