Julienne Paraiso, DO

Julienne Paraiso, DO, is a family medicine physician proudly serving the Northfield community in Denver. She is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and long-term wellness. Her clinical interests include women’s health, weight management, integrative medicine, lifestyle optimization, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), and gender-affirming care.

Dr. Paraiso earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and completed her family medicine residency at St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, Colorado. As an osteopathic physician, she embraces a holistic approach to care—addressing the body, mind, and spirit—and empowers patients to take an active role in their health.

Originally from Guam, Dr. Paraiso brings a warm, culturally responsive perspective to her practice. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and works collaboratively to create individualized care plans that align with each person’s unique goals and values.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Paraiso enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner—hiking, paddleboarding, or exploring new places. She also loves discovering new restaurants, watching movies, connecting with friends and family, and singing karaoke whenever the opportunity arises.
