Julie Hinchman, NP

Julie Hinchman is a dedicated oncology nurse practitioner at Cancer Centers of Colorado at Platte Valley Hospital, where she provides comprehensive care to patients across the full spectrum of cancer diagnoses. Her clinical interests include both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, along with select non-malignant hematologic conditions, allowing her to support patients through a wide range of complex health needs.

Julie believes that every patient’s journey is unique and deserves an individualized approach. She is passionate about fostering shared decision-making and ensuring that each visit remains patient-centered. By listening closely to patients’ goals and concerns, she works collaboratively to develop care plans that are both evidence-based and aligned with each individual’s values.

Outside of her clinical work, Julie enjoys exploring the world through travel and learning about new places and cultures. She loves spending time outdoors with her family and can often be found rock climbing, skiing, hiking, tubing, or rafting. She also enjoys quiet moments with puzzles and building Lego creations, balancing her active lifestyle with creativity and relaxation.
