About Julie A. Weintraub
About The Provider
Dr. Weintraub is originally from Canton, Connecticut. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and continued her education at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she received her medical degree.
Following her education, she completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Colorado Health. From an early age, Dr. Weintraub knew that she wanted a career that would allow her to help others in need. Being able to provide patients with the most advanced treatments, by utilizing cutting-edge radiology techniques, is one of her favorite aspects of working in radiation oncology.
Dr. Weintraub is an investigator involved in clinical research trials in the area of radiation oncology. Her research focus includes the treatment of various cancers with radiation. Dr. Weintraub’s philosophy of care is, “My goal is to support each patient by using evidence-based medicine and each patient’s own goals to arrive at a patient-centered treatment plan.” She cares deeply about each of her patients and loves that her career allows her to provide support and guidance during their challenging health journeys. In her free time, Dr. Weintraub enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She also enjoys spending time in nature and trail running.
