About The Provider
Julie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences. She then moved to Fort Collins and attended Colorado State University where she earned a master’s in exercise science. Julie’s original career goal was to work with a professional sports team. However, after several years of working in healthcare marketing in various settings, it was evident a clinical role was the right career direction for her. She returned to school full-time and obtained a Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver. As a clinician, Julie’s interests include neurosurgery and surgical and peri-operative care.

When not at the office, Julie enjoys time with friends and family, following local sports teams, Colorado summers, and traveling.

As I said earlier, my stomach incision hasn't closed properly. With 3 extra trips from Grand Junction in an attempt to get it to fixed, she was always patient, kind and went out of her way to follow up with me even by video chats. She's truly dedicated to providing the best care possible to her patients!
