About The Provider
Multidisciplinary care focus on stroke, spinal cord, neuromuscular, amputee, trauma, medically complex, and brain injury patient populations with a focus on maximizing functional outcomes, support with disability through the course of months to years out. Assist in DME, therapy, psychosocial, and community resources. Medication management for disability including spasticity, cognitive, and emotional needs. Management of disability short and long term.
I am proud to have won several teaching awards. 2007-Dr. David Monash Scholarship, Midwestern University 2009-Resident Teacher of the Year Award, Rosalind Franklin University, Lutheran General Hospital Intern 2011-Joanne S.
