About The Provider
Judy Chen, NP-C, is many things: a dedicated provider, an avid traveler, and food enthusiast, to name a few things. However, what surprises patients is that “quiet” is not an accolade Judy attributes to herself.
At Intermountain Health, Judy is a family medicine nurse practitioner specializing in senior care. As a senior clinic provider, Judy works with older patients to create a preventive health plan and educate them on any chronic conditions they may have. But more than this, she enjoys building relationships with her patients and seeing patient conditions become managed.
Judy received her undergraduate degree from UNLV and her Master of Science in Nursing from UCLA. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been practicing medicine since 2010. She is also conversational in Taiwanese and Mandarin.
When she is not busy working hard in the clinic, Judy spends her free time traveling and trying new foods.
