Following his medical degree, Dr. Allen pursued a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, completing his training in 2016. Dr. Allen's commitment to excellence and passion for sports medicine led him to pursue dual fellowships, both in Sports Medicine, at Harvard Boston Children's Hospital and the Lake Tahoe Orthopedic Institute.
