Juan Carlos Torres, PT

I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports injuries. I enjoy treating patients of all ages, but my passion lies in sports rehabilitation, with a particular focus on overhead athletes.

As a former college athlete whose career was cut short by a series of injuries, I empathize deeply with the physical, emotional, and social challenges faced by injured athletes. I am committed to providing well-rounded, evidence-based care to help my patients and athletes return to the activities they love and live life to the fullest.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where I developed a love for baseball and golf. I began my career in St. Louis, Missouri, where I had the privilege of learning from highly experienced mentors in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, golfing, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
