He was kind of short with me. I felt like I was a bit of a bother for him but he was polite enough. I hope his clinical judgement is better than his bed side manner.

I understand that sensitive examinations can be uncomfortable, but I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. The visit felt very brief, and I didn’t feel that enough time was spent evaluating the issue I came in for. I left without the answers or reassurance I was hoping for and felt disappointed that my concerns weren’t more thoroughly addressed. I believe patients should feel heard, respected, and confident that their concerns have been fully evaluated before leaving an appointment.

My visit with the Joshua Jensen PA-C was an excellent experience. He was approachable, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. I especially appreciated that he went above and beyond to investigate the root cause of my symptoms rather than simply addressing the surface issues. His attention to detail, willingness to listen, and genuine commitment to providing quality care made me feel heard and well cared for.
