My visit with the Joshua Jensen PA-C was an excellent experience. He was approachable, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. I especially appreciated that he went above and beyond to investigate the root cause of my symptoms rather than simply addressing the surface issues. His attention to detail, willingness to listen, and genuine commitment to providing quality care made me feel heard and well cared for.

When I asked questions for clarification, he only repeated what he said in the same way and didn't provide much additional information. He may be a great PA, but I think he wasn't very knowledgeable about the issue that I came in to see him for.
