Joshua Dominic Jaramillo, MD

Joshua Jaramillo, MD is a trauma surgeon at American Fork Surgical Associates in American Fork, Utah, and a general surgeon with Provo Surgical Associates in Provo, Utah. He supports patients throughout Utah County treating traumatic injuries, rib fractures, abdominal wall hernias, sepsis, critical illnesses, and more. He enjoys working in the trauma bay, operating room, and in the surgical ICU, caring for acute surgical patients who require emergency surgeries and surgical critical care, as this requires critical decision making and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Dr. Jaramillo currently holds the rank of Major in the United States Air Force and serves as an active-duty officer. Originally from Denver, Colorado, he enjoys being active outside, trail running, lighting weights, road biking, fly fishing, surfing on vacations, reading good books, serving his community, and spending time with his wife and their four children.
