Jordan S. Reichman, MD

Jordan Reichman, MD is a board-certified neurologist at Intermountain Health’s Neurosciences Institute – Inpatient in Murray, Utah. He has practiced hospital-based neurology since completing his internship in 2007. His clinical expertise includes cerebrovascular disease, acute encephalopathies, and acute neuromuscular decompensation. He focuses on the timely diagnosis and evidence-based management of complex neurological conditions in the hospital setting, with a patient-centered approach to care.

Since 2011, Dr. Reichman has been actively involved in telestroke and telemedicine, providing real-time neurological consultation and acute stroke expertise to hospitals across multiple states. His work in this area has focused on improving access to emergent neurological care, reducing treatment delays, and supporting community hospitals through remote collaboration and education.

Dr. Reichman earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his neurology residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center. Before joining Intermountain Medical Center in 2016, Dr. Reichman practiced as a neurohospitalist at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Reichman’s scholarly work includes publications in the peer-reviewed journals Neurology and Neurosurgery, as well as contributions to academic textbooks and national conference presentations. He has served as a clinical investigator for multiple stroke trials, including DIAS-4, Clotbust ER, PRISMS, and SOCRATES. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association, and Neurohospitalist Society.
