He conversed and made eye contact with my sister more than I. And I asked him to write a few things down for me. He did, then HANDED THE LIST TO MY SISTER!! I am a licensed professional with 3 degrees. I may have looked like hell that day, but the visit was about me. I felt like he could have done better. He did do a good job answering my questions and removing my wound vac. But next time I prefer to see Dr Carlson.
