Jonathan R. Faux, MD

Dr. Rob Faux is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle care at Intermountain Health's Utah Valley Orthopedics Clinic and Spanish Fork Orthopedics Clinic. He treats patients of all ages and has extensive experience caring for a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions, with particular expertise in arthritis care, sports injuries, complex reconstructions, and deformity correction.

Dr. Faux enjoys helping patients regain mobility and return to the activities they love. His clinical interests include ankle replacement, sports medicine, trauma, tendon and ligament reconstruction, arthritis care, bunion correction, and treatment of foot and ankle deformities. He performs a broad range of surgical procedures, including ankle fracture repair, ankle replacement, Achilles tendon repair, ligament reconstruction, flatfoot reconstruction, bunion surgery, and treatment for arthritis of the foot and ankle.

He is committed to providing comprehensive evaluations and ensuring patients understand their condition and treatment options. "I strive to understand my patients' injuries and symptoms and work with them to find creative and lasting solutions to return them to function and comfort," Dr. Faux says.

Originally from Springville, Utah, Dr. Faux enjoys spending time with his family outside of work. He loves traveling, boating, skiing, playing tennis, mountain biking, and fly fishing. He is also passionate about music and enjoys both playing and listening to a variety of genres.
