Knowledgeable and personable. Gives good examples where indicated. Adjusts recommendations and options based on my lifestyle. Gives good descriptions to tell the difference between options so I can make a good choice for me. Doesn't feel rushed, even when making good time choices. I checked several of my medical resources to find a PCD, and his name came up almost unanimously as a prime choice, and I've not been disappointed. I'm pretty sure I'm here until one of us is gone.
