Joe Riordan, RD

Joe Riordan is a registered dietitian with expertise in medical nutrition therapy for both acute
and chronic conditions, as well as sports nutrition and weight management. He specializes in
working with individuals navigating obesity, type II diabetes, and metabolic syndrome, helping
them build sustainable habits that support long-term health.

Joe is passionate about providing patients with accurate, up-to-date nutrition information and
empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. He values open
communication and strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and supported
throughout their care. His philosophy centers on meeting people where they are and setting
realistic, achievable goals that promote meaningful, lasting change.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology from the University of Montana
and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Washington State
University.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, baking, and spending time
with friends and family.
