Joanna M. Oomkes, PA

Joanna was born in Poland, moved to Columbus, OH as a child, and relocated to Colorado in 2009. She obtained her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Marietta College. She completed her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Miami University. Joanna has been a cardiothoracic surgical PA since 2006, and joined SCL Health in 2009.

Joanna strives to provider her patients with the highest level of care. She chooses to work in medicine to help others in need and for her life-long love of wisdom. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active by running marathons, triathlons, hiking, skiing and traveling all over the world.
