Jill Richardson, CNM

Jill Richardson is a certified nurse‑midwife (CNM) specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, at Intermountain Medical Center Nurse Midwives Clinic – OB/GYN in Murray, Utah, and LDS Nurse Midwives in Salt Lake City, Utah. She supports women in the Salt Lake Valley with focusing on prenatal care and comprehensive obstetric care. She performs a range of in‑office procedures, including IUD and Nexplanon placement and endometrial biopsies. Jill enjoys building lasting relationships with her OB patients and helping them feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of care.

Before becoming a midwife, Jill worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery and in the operating room at the University of Utah, experiences that continue to shape her thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach to patient care. She graduated from a midwifery program in 2004 and joined Intermountain in 2006. Today, she practices as a midwife with both Intermountain Health and the University of Utah.

As a provider, Jill is known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. She also brings a calm, steady presence to both her patients and her care teams. Her colleagues value her sense of fairness, reliability, and dedication—qualities that reflect how deeply she cares for the people she serves.

Originally from Utah, Jill enjoys traveling in her free time and participating in Moonlight activities at the University of Utah, which offer scenic, nighttime explorations of the campus and surrounding areas.
