Jessica M. Woodman, DPT

I am a physical therapist specializing in pelvic therapy and women's health care at Intermountain Health's Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at Intermountain Medical Center. I support patients and their families in Murray and the surrounding communities, treating all pelvic floor issues and pelvic floor-related hip pain.

Stepping out of my comfort zone to specialize in pelvic health initially challenged me as a therapist. However, I believe this experience resonates with those new to pelvic issues and helps me empathize with clients seeking support for their pelvic health needs. I quickly discovered that many individuals experience problems related to bladder, bowel, and pelvic pain, which can significantly impact their quality of life.

I enjoy helping people in ways they didn't know were possible; I know that pelvic health physical therapy can be life-changing for many. To address these issues, I collaborate with a team of Intermountain hip surgeons and sports medicine providers to ensure patients receive the correct type of healthcare.

I am a true Jersey girl, but I have gradually come to appreciate Utah's beautiful scenery. I often go on Jeep adventures with my family, but getting me on the slopes might take a miracle because the cold isn't worth it.
