Jessica M. Woodman, DPT

Jessica Woodman, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health's TOSH Campus Physical Therapy in Murray, Utah. She specializes in pelvic health therapy and women's health care at Intermountain Health. She treats a wide range of pelvic floor conditions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor-related hip pain. Jessica is passionate about helping patients regain confidence, improve their quality of life, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Jessica's path into pelvic health therapy began when she challenged herself to pursue a specialty outside of her comfort zone. That experience gave her a deeper understanding of what many patients feel when seeking care for sensitive or unfamiliar pelvic health concerns. She is committed to creating a supportive, compassionate environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their symptoms and working toward meaningful improvements in their health and well-being.

Recognizing that pelvic floor issues can affect nearly every aspect of daily life, Jessica works closely with Intermountain hip surgeons, sports medicine providers, and other specialists to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care. She finds great fulfillment in helping people discover solutions they may not have known were possible and believes pelvic health physical therapy can be truly life changing.

Originally from New Jersey, Jessica has grown to appreciate Utah's beautiful landscapes and outdoor lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys Jeep adventures with her family and exploring the state's scenic terrain.
