Jessica C. Francis, LPC

Born and raised on Colorado’s Western Slope, Jessica Francis, LPC, is excited to provide counseling services to the Fort Lupton, Thornton, and Broomfield communities. She sees patients from young adults through the end of life. Her clinical interests include the management of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, career development, and substance abuse issues. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Jessica’s approach to patient care is eclectic, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, and DBT techniques.

“I believe a mind-body connection exists, and mental health is vitally important. To me, individual therapy is a collaborative process done in a nonjudgmental, supportive, and kind manner to help people process and learn new coping skills and tools.”

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, reading, taking walks, and baking when she wants to recharge her batteries.
