Jessica is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a problem that was detected at Insta-care and was not satisfied with the advice I was given on what I could do for treatment. I emailed Jessica and she emailed me immediately back giving me her advice and referred me to a specialist. She went ahead and sent the insurance a referral so I could get an appointment. I ended up visiting the specialist and he was able to fix my problem and pain.

She is incredible and shows great concern. Excellent communicator and follows through. She is the best of the best. A real keeper.
