I am a physical therapist practicing orthopedics who specializes in orthopedics

I have been practicing for 6 years, mostly as an inpatient therapist working with individuals who have neurological conditions. I have a growing interest in orthopedics so I have transitioned to working mostly in orthopedics . I have a firm belief that every individual should feel proud and whole in their own body; my job and goal is to help individuals achieve this. I grew up in Boise, Idaho and have a love for the mountains and being outside. Currently I am learning to backcountry ski and training for a trail race with my dog, Ranger. This year I am spending more time in the kitchen learning to cook nutritious meals to fuel my fun!
