About Jessa E Hoffman
About The Provider
Dr. Jessa Hoffman is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in vascular neurosurgery and endovascular neuroradiology in the Denver metro area. Her clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of strokes, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), dural venous sinus thrombosis, and tumor embolization of the head and neck. She performs both open and endovascular procedures, tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique needs and condition.
Dr. Hoffman is especially drawn to vascular neurosurgery because it often involves caring for the sickest patients in the hospital—those facing life-threatening neurological conditions. She finds deep fulfillment in helping these patients not only survive, but also recover and go on to lead high-quality, meaningful lives.
“I have dual training in open and endovascular neurosurgery so that I can provide the most comprehensive care to my patients and can discuss all options with them completely. I enjoy partnering with patients to help them understand what is happening and the options for treatment and monitoring.”
A Colorado native, Dr. Hoffman grew up in Golden and is thrilled to be back home serving her community. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY, and completed her neurosurgery residency and dual fellowship training in diagnostic and interventional endovascular as well as open vascular neurosurgery at the University of Colorado.
When she’s not in the operating room, Dr. Hoffman enjoys an active lifestyle—biking, running, hiking with her dog, and especially skiing. She and her husband love exploring new restaurants and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
