Jesica F. Jensen, NP

Jesica Jensen is a nurse practitioner and hospitalist at Intermountain Health. As a hospitalist, Jesica cares for patients throughout their hospital stay. She coordinates treatment, manages medications, and works with specialists, nurses, and patients’ primary care providers to keep their care connected. She's in the hospital every day — listening, answering questions, and making sure patients understand their plan of care from admission through discharge.

Her care is built on compassion, clinical excellence, and proven medical practices. She knows a hospital stay can be one of the most vulnerable times in a person's life. Her goal is to give thoughtful, complete care so patients and their families feel informed, supported, and respected throughout their stay.

Jesica treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis. She carefully considers each patient's medical condition, personal values, and individual needs. She works closely with a team of specialists to give care that is safe, efficient, and centered on each patient, with the goal of the best possible outcome. She also encourages patients to take an active role in their care, which helps them get ready for a successful return home after their hospital stay.
