As I mentioned, this was my first appointment with Dr. Reid and he was such a great physician that I will continue to have him take care of all my health care needs! He was kind, caring & compassionate. Dr. Reid listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. He is a great physician and I will continue seeing him as my Doctor!

My appreciation for his approach and knowledge resulted in my recommending Dr. Reid to a neighbor who was looking for an alternative MD to their current one. That person did schedule Dr. Reid, and the results were superb.

He's good, but he sometimes takes a long time to get back to me or fill my renewal requests when I put in for them as I need to do this monthly.

It feels a little bit like a struggle to get the information I am looking for from the provided. A patient looks to their doctor for guidance and initiative. For me, it seems I have to pull the words out of them, which makes the experience sometimes frustrating. I would enjoy the experience more if the service would be more emphatic, more proactive, more investigative.
