Jennifer Lazzara, NP

Jen Lazzara, DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC, CGRA, is a member of Intermountain Health's High Risk Cancer Prevention Team. She meets with patient annually to determine if they are high risk and create a prevention treatment plan if needed. Within her specialty, Jen is a cancer genetics and high-risk specialist with clinical interests in hereditary cancer syndromes, high-risk patients, and breast oncology. She is passionate about helping patients identify their risk early, enabling ongoing surveillance and risk reduction that can lead to life-changing outcomes—from early-stage cancer detection to risk-reducing options that can improve overall health and quality of life.

Jen takes a patient-centered approach to care, providing personalized, evidence-based guidance with compassion and shared decision-making. She is dedicated to equipping her patients with the tools and knowledge to identify risk, manage it appropriately, and work toward improved quality of life and overall health.

Originally from Anaheim, California, and raised in Bellingham, Washington, Jen has spent most of her life in Salt Lake City, Utah. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with yoga, hiking, and paddle boarding, and loves spending time with her family.
