About Jennifer K. Workman

About The Provider

Dr. Workman received her medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She completed both her Pediatric residency training and Pediatric Critical Care fellowship at the University of Utah and Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. During her fellowship training, she also completed a master's degree from the University of Utah in Clinical Investigation. Dr. Workman is currently an attending physician in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Primary Children's Hospital where she cares for children with a wide variety of critical illnesses and injuries. She also serves as the Medical Director for Pediatric Sepsis for Intermountain Healthcare. Dr. Workman's research interests are at the intersection of healthcare delivery science, biomedical informatics, and quality improvement. Her current work focuses on improving recognition and treatment of pediatric septic shock throughout the continuum of care.
