Jennifer Bush, NP

Jennifer Bush, FNP, PMHNP, is a psychiatrist at Intermountain Health’s Primary Children’s Behavioral Health – Taylorsville in Taylorsville, Utah. She supports pediatric patients across the Salt Lake Valley, with clinical interests in depression and anxiety treatment and management, addiction medicine, and psychopharmacology. Jennifer is drawn to complex, treatment-resistant cases, viewing them as opportunities for growth and innovation. While these cases require advanced diagnostic and psychopharmacological expertise, she believes the most meaningful work lies in building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

As a provider, Jennifer believes in serving with humility and love, practice with knowledge and reasoning, and care like the Good Samaritan. Jennifer has almost 10 years of nursing experience and has been an advanced practice provider working in psychiatry since 2021. With this experience, it’s her goal is conscientiously to help patients achieve their health goals. Helping individuals achieve stability through a compassionate, collaborative approach is deeply rewarding and reinforces her commitment to those for whom process is hard-won but profoundly meaningful.

Jennifer grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico and loves spending time with her family and two mini dachshunds. She enjoys learning new recipes, taking her children to new places, and occasionally playing video games with her husband.
