It would have been easy for Jennifer to shame me for not having fully accepted her advice many months previous. But she let me arrive at the conclusion that the advice she originally gave me was correct in a friendly and non-belittling manner. I have never had asthma or any other respiratory ailments. Dealing with this sickness was completely new to me. We came to the conclusion that my diagnosis stems from covid-19. I learned the hard way. I am grateful that she enrolled me in the ICare study to help me avoid future ER or hospitalizations for asthma attacks.
