She is such a warm, friendly person and it is a pleasure to meet with her. She is so knowledgeable about helping people adjust to hearing aids.

The woman who gave me the test was very nice; I interpreted her as tired. The doctor didn't seem very good. She didn't tell me how I'm going to get the sleep apnea device. I had to ask at reception, and to this day I haven't heard anything... I'm still in the same situation.
