Jennica M. Van Blerkom, PA

Jennica Van Blerkom is an allergy and immunology physician assistant (PA) at Intermountain Health’s Salt Lake Clinic. She supports patients in Salt Lake City, North Salt Lake, Sugar House, Millcreek, and surrounding communities diagnosing and managing allergic and immune-related conditions, such as asthma, food allergies, and immunodeficiency with the allergy and immunology team.

As a provider, she loves spending time with patients explaining and educating them about the details of their diagnoses. She enjoys developing relationships with each of her patients but especially loves her pediatric patients.

She came to Utah to study Exercise Science at Brigham Young University. After completing her bachelor's degree, she completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT. She is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant, member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and affiliated with the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Outside the clinic, the Alberta, Canadian native enjoys baking, hiking, and skiing with her husband, and three boys.
