Jeffrey J. Bentley, PSYD

Dr. Jeff Bentley is a proud member of the interdisciplinary team at Utah Valley Pain Management. As a pain psychologist, Jeff conducts psychological evaluations, provides individual therapy and educational groups focused on pain management. His work centers on the mind-body connection and biopsychosocial approaches to treat chronic pain and other mental health struggles that exacerbate the experience of pain. Jeff's therapy approach is patient-centered and compassionate. 
Jeff utilizes serval different therapies with his patients depending on individual needs and preferences. His therapy approaches include cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness, biofeedback, trauma-informed practices, and more. 
Jeff has lived in multiple areas of the United States and enjoys spending time with is family, playing sports, outdoor activities and music.
