Jeanne M. Falk, MD

Jeanne Falk, MD, is a double board-certified OB/GYN and Integrative Medicine Physician, at Intermountain Health’s Park City Hospital in Park City, Utah. She supports patients in Park City, Kamas, Snyderville, and surrounding communities, bringing over 20 years of experience to her work supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. While Dr. Falk specializes in women’s health, her integrative approach is also highly effective in addressing a wide range of health concerns for men, helping them achieve balance, improve well-being, and prevent chronic conditions through lifestyle-based strategies.

During her time in traditional OB/GYN practice, she noticed that many patients did not feel "fully well," as underlying issues often remained unaddressed. Motivated by the potential for lifestyle changes to treat or prevent up to 90% chronic illnesses, she pursued additional training in Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Falk combines conventional medicine with a holistic approach that includes nutrition, mind-body practices, supplements, botanicals, exercise prescriptions, and alternative systems like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Falk serves as both an educator and partner in her patients' health journeys, empowering men, and women alike to take control of their health and live their fullest lives.
