Jason Edward Sarisky, DO

Jason Sarisky, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician proudly serving the Lewistown, Montana, community. Born and raised in the Treasure State, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care to individuals and families at all stages of life. 

Dr. Sarisky enjoys the full spectrum of family medicine, with clinical interests that include managing chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, educating patients about healthy lifestyle choices, and performing minor in-office surgical procedures. He finds particular satisfaction in treating everyday “bread and butter” conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, not only because they are so prevalent, but also because properly diagnosing and managing them can lead to meaningful, measurable improvements in a patient’s quality of life. 

“I believe all people deserve the highest quality of care, regardless of their background or circumstances. I approach each of my patients with the goal of treating them holistically—mind, body, and spirit—while maintaining a patient-centered focus and respecting their autonomy. I like to think of myself as a teacher and coach first, empowering patients through education so they can take personal responsibility for their health. By guiding them in making informed decisions, I aim to help them improve their quality of life and achieve long-term wellness.” 

In addition to his work in chronic disease management, Dr. Sarisky has a strong passion for lifestyle medicine. He believes that the foundation of good health begins with a healthy lifestyle. By helping patients make sustainable changes in nutrition, physical activity, and daily habits, Dr. Sarisky strives to prevent disease before it starts—an approach he finds both effective and empowering. 

He values long-term relationships with his patients and takes pride in partnering with them on their journey toward better health. Dr. Sarisky is a Montanan through and through—he believes in striking a healthy balance between hard work and play, and strives to bring that same mindset into how he cares for his patients.  

Outside of medicine, Dr. Sarisky’s passions are spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying music, and living a healthy, active lifestyle—all of which help him stay grounded and connected to what matters most.
