About The Provider

I provide treatment and management of acute workplace injuries and exposures. I also provide DOT physical examinations, pre-employment physicals, and return to work assesments.

Away from work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my wife and five boys. We enjoying going to Lake Powell, or any of the nearby national parks. I also really enjoy simply working around my yard.
