I appreciate Dr Mcmullins clear communications. He seemed to consider what might be important for me and explained things in a good way, educational but not like he was better than me. He seemed quite "down to earth" and relatable. Even with this bedside manner, he also made me feel at ease about his abilities to do this surgery.
