In talking with Dr. Crisafi ... he did not rush anything. He stayed until I was satisfied with the questions that I had. He answered (and explained) the up and coming procedure that will be done. I appreciate when a Dr. gives you the time that you need to feel OK about the answers you are receiving --- for something that you know nothing about and are somewhat apprehensive regarding the procedure that will be forthcoming. (It takes a little time to mentally process the information). It is not new to them (they are familiar with what will happen) vs. what we know as patients. (not much).
