Jared B. Allan, NP

Jared Allan, NP, completed his education at Utah Valley University, earning associate degrees in general academics and nursing and a Bachelor of Science in nursing. He then furthered his education at Graceland University in Iowa, where he specialized as an adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner.

Throughout his nine-year nursing career, Jared began as a psychiatric nurse at the Utah State Hospital from 2015-2017. He worked concurrently as a medical-surgical nurse at American Fork Hospital, progressing to telemetry/progressive care and stepdown ICU nursing roles. In 2016, Jared moved to IMED’s Shock Trauma ICU, where he gained expertise in ECMO, CRRT, MTP, and charge/team lead responsibilities. 

Outside work, Jared is a father to a wonderful thirteen-year-old daughter. Their two dogs, an Aussiedoodle and a beagle, keep them active. Jared enjoys the outdoors, soccer-related activities, and learning new skills, such as building computers from scratch.
